Best sports marketing campaign (that wasn’t yours):
Adidas x Arsenal – No More Red. Great initiative that helps shine a light on a major issue. The concept and execution were really impressive.
Best agency (that isn’t yours):
The Midnight Club. I worked with them as a start up and they are now a well established and super creative agency who deliver outstanding work that sits across sport and culture.
Best young industry talent:
Megan Kapadia, interned with us and then moved on to land her dream role working on women’s football at The FA . One to watch.
Best sporting event attended:
FIFA World Cup Final 2014 in Rio.
Best sporting event on TV:
Ryder Cup 2012 – The “Miracle in Medinah” and the European come back in the Sunday Singles was amazing to watch.

Sports Industry Awards. Whilst it is basically a party, it is the best opportunity to catch up with old colleagues, contacts and to network all in one evening.
Best film containing a scene depicting the sports business:
Hoop Dreams, one of the earliest sports documentaries to shine a light on what it takes to make it in professional sport
Best book recommendation:
Phil Jackson “Eleven Rings” – a must for anyone who enjoyed the Last Dance on Netflix

The Toucan, tiny but a Soho institution and the best Guinness in London

Best professional regret:
Leaving my first ever agency to pursue more of a sports focused role. Everything happens for a reason, so leaving when I did lead to so many amazing experiences, but I did feel at the time I still had a lot to learn.
Best skill you most covet:
Only speaking in meetings when you have something useful to say. Too many people feel the need to speak for the sake of it.
Best trait you admire in others:
Directness. Cut the shit, get to the point.

Confidence - fine line between confidence and arrogance.
