Henry Marks, Associate Director at CSM. Always so calm and measured. One of the best in the industry at conveying an idea and bringing it to life.

Nike "Dream Crazier". Powerful and inspiring in the fight against gender stereotyping.

Best agency (that isn’t yours):

Wieden+Kennedy - The Lionesses campaign was amazing.

Best young industry talent:

Lulu Bailey, Operations Manager at CSM. Lulu is a star and just continues to shine.

Best sporting event attended:

England v Denmark, Mens EURO 202O Semi-Final. It was my first match after lockdown and oh how I had missed it. incredible atmosphere and England reach their first major final since 1966.

Best sporting event on TV:

The Ryder Cup. Endless drama.

Best brand ambassador:

Michael Jordan - sports legend but also the face of arguably the most successful brand endorsement deal of all time.

Best industry event or conference:

Re:invent. AWS bringing together the biggest innovators across the globe.

Best film containing a scene depicting the sports business:

Moneyball. Genius.

Best book recommendation:

All my Friends are Superheroes. Andrew Kaufman. Has the power to inspire and delight.

Best bar or pub:

Lore of the Land, Fitzrovia. They just know how to do a good beer and a Sunday roast.

Best restaurant:

Maggie Jones. One of the oldest and best restaurants in West London.

Best holiday resort:

I'm not really a resort person however if I had to choose my favourite destinations, it would be somewhere in south east Asia. It's breathtaking.

Best box set:

Stranger Things and Ozark.

Best job in the sports biz:

Sports Commentator - watching and talking about sport. Also, Motty was my hero.

Best influence on your career:

Ryan Skeggs, Managing Director at CSM. Has always challenged and encouraged me and has been a pivotol figure in my career.

Best dinner companions (min 4, max 6):

Jack London, Johnny Cash, Emma Hayes, Bill Hicks, Sam Cooke, Nina Simone.

Best professional regret:

There have been times in my career where I have doubted myself when I shouldn't have.

Best skill you most covet:

Dancing. I definitely have two left feet on the dancefloor.

People who have a passion for what they do.

Pefectionism. Focus on progress and growth, rather than perfection.

Advocating inclusion and diversity. Through Sport we have the power to drive change.
