Best pitch presenter you've ever seen:
Lucy Hutchinson, Head of Consumer PR at Ogilvy. In our previous roles she was my Head of PR at Pitch, and she has such a captivating way of presenting that she manages to have everyone in the room hanging on her every word. I'm convinced she could sell ice to an eskimo.

Best sports marketing campaign (that wasn’t yours):
So many to choose from, but one that has stuck with me the most is the Norwich City & Samaritans ad for World Mental Health Day. Even just thinking about the end reveal brings back the lump in my throat.

Best agency (that isn’t yours):
Have to give a shout out to the very talented team at Pitch Marketing Group, where I spent the last three and a half years of my career. I was lucky enough to work with some great brands, clients and colleagues during that time.

Best young industry talent:
There are SO many brilliant people I want to shout out here, but if I can only choose one - our Junior Account Exec on the Premier Sport team, Aman Ahmed, who joined at the start of 2025 and is already a master at spotting good media opportunities. I'm excited to see what he'll go on to achieve in the future.

Best sporting event attended:
I was at Wembley for the 2022 Women's Euros Final thanks to some generous clients, and I'm not sure any sporting moment will ever top the feeling when the final whistle blew and the Lionesses won. I cried out all the years of England fan heartache right there in the stands, and it was so powerful to see parents around us holding their kids and knowing what it meant to everyone there. I wish I could relive it all over again.

Best sporting event on TV:
I'm a big boxing fan and have been lucky enough to get to some great fights in my previous role working with TNT Sports, but given I'm never going to be an A-lister sat ringside or flown out to Riyadh, I'm now more than happy to watch them from home or the pub.

Best brand ambassador:
Alessia Russo for Adobe. Aside from being one of the coolest footballers alive at the moment, the content is always engaging and brings the brand's role in women's football to life without being cheesy. Who knew she was such a good actor?!

Best industry event or conference:
The annual 'Be Inspired' conference by Women in Football is my firm favourite. It's always great to hear from industry trailblazers and see some familiar faces, while also meeting new ones.

Best film containing a scene depicting the sports business:
I don't know if this counts, but I was obsessed with 'Herbie: Fully Loaded' starring Lindsay Lohan as a kid, and I desperately wanted my first car to be a VW Beetle as a result

Best book recommendation:
I'm quite a voracious reader so it's hard to pick just one, but a book I truly fell in love with is 'Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow' by Gabrielle Zevin. I recommend it to everyone that asks.

Best bar or pub:
The William Morris in Merton Abbey Mills. A sunny Saturday, a pint of their William Morris lager, a view of the River Wandle and ideally someone with a dog sat at the next table - heaven.

Best restaurant:
If I wanted you to think I'm fancy, I'd say Paradise in Soho, which is an incredible Sri Lankan and British fusion restaurant with hardly any seats, where you journey through a mind-blowing tasting menu. But my totally honest answer is Tacos & Tequila in Broadway Market Tooting, the site of many margaritas and tipsy Mexican meals.

Best holiday resort:
I recently 'discovered' all-inclusive, adults-only holidays at the Melia Punta Cana Beach resort in the Dominican Republic. I never want to swim next to a random toddler ever again.

Best box set:
I'm currently obsessed with MAFS (and fully invested in all the post-show wife-swapping rumours) but my favourite of all time is Peep Show. It brings back fond memories of hungover days on the sofa as a student drinking tea.

Best influence on your career:
Cherrelle Jefferson Izod, who was my line manager at Pangolin when I was an AE, and I learnt so much from watching her masterfully handle clients, media and talent. Sometimes I can still hear her voice in my head when I think about the flow of a deck or how to handle a global talent briefing.

Best dinner companions (min 4, max 6):
My partner and I on a double date with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

Best job in the sports biz:
The camera man on live football broadcasts - in another life I'd love to be the person who pans through the crowd for reaction shots.

Best professional regret:
Not having a better work life balance in my earlier career. I spent too much time working late, not taking annual leave and waking up in a cold sweat worrying about client work when I could have been living my best life as a 22 year old.

Best skill you most covet:
Not having shaky hands and a feeling of sheer internal terror when arriving to a networking event alone.

Best trait you admire in others:
Their knowledge. At Premier we're lucky to work alongside a number of really talented people in their fields, from gaming and music to live events and TV. I love looking around the room and seeing all the different areas of expertise under one roof.

Best overrated virtue:
Hustle culture, 'high performance' and the 5am club - personally, I don't see any value in writing a list of goals and having an ice bath before sunrise.

Best ambition:
I've always said I just want to work on cool stuff and be happy. If I can continue doing that, I'll be satisfied.
