Sophie Christy, currently the Global Brand Director for iPRO Hydrate. Her ability to do research prior and present a genuinely custom pitch is outstanding.

Best sports marketing campaign (that wasn’t yours):
Its an old one, but my favourite is a Soul Cycle campaign called ‘FIND IT’. It gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BH9jP_2zmbU

Best agency (that isn’t yours):
I really admire ‘Rise at Seven’ a creative digital PR agency. They have really disrupted the entire SEO landscape.

Best young industry talent:
Tess Howard. She is a GB Hockey player that has changed the kit protocols for her sport, meaning girls and women can choose whether they wear a skort or shorts. Off the back of this she has created ‘Inclusive Sportswear CIC’ a non-profit community-interest company, working to create more inclusive sport and physical activity clothing and uniform policies for schools, clubs, sports organisations and brands.

Best sporting event attended:
Twickenham Six Nations 2025, England Vs France where England won in the final minutes.

Best sporting event on TV:
Olympics, everytime! Love everything about it!

Best brand ambassador:
Stacey Francis-Bayman, one of our Flyhawk ambassadors who is constantly creative and supportive of our brand and ethos.

Best industry event or conference:
I really like Ideas Fest, dubbed the Glastonbury for Business!

Best film containing a scene depicting the sports business:
I really liked AIR and also King Richard, but I love the Social Network too.

Best book recommendation:
The subtle art of not giving a F***

Best bar or pub:
Love SOBO Beach on Southbourne Beach

Best restaurant:
Love any good sushi restaurant.

Best holiday resort:
Prefer a fly drive over a resort! Like moving round and exploring more!

Guilty pleasure is Vikings on Netflix!

Best influence on your career:
Dodge Woodall, my first boss. We built a company together and sold it. We still remain good friends. He taught be lots about the mindset to build a business but to have good fun along the way.

Location scouting for photoshoots

Not starting my own businesses sooner to test out ideas whilst I was in my 20’s
